We are an online business, however we are based in Toowoomba, QLD and are happy to drop off and pick up, by arrangement :)

Please ensure you provide accurate dates in the checkout process, and we'll be in touch shortly if we cannot fulfill your order.

Try to set your arrival date to a day or two before your event so we can be sure it arrives on time. If you require your item on Saturday, please request delivery for the Thursday or Friday to allow for any postage delays. 

Email us immediately. As per our Terms and Conditions, we'll do our best to resolve this quickly.

No probs! Just send us an email before booking and we'll revise your contract.

We know this can happen. Please do not attempt to fix the item. Once back in our possession we'll forward to the specialists for a quotation. 

For more serious damage, you may be required to pay the replacement fee outlined in the Terms and Conditions. 

Tucked away inside your delivery box, you'll find a postage paid envelope. Please repackage your item safely and return to your post office by 12pm the following business day after your event.
